Description "The 'P' is silent, like the tomb."

A collection of sketches based on characters and events from "Leave it to Psmith" by P. G. Wodehouse. Probably my favorite piece of Wodehouse so far. That first Psmith in the upper left is actually my most recent drawing of him, and is much closer to how I picture him.

By the by, apparently Guybrush Threepwood's name was inspired by the Wodehouse Threepwoods.

Leave it to Psmith is also my favorite so far. I've read 14 of Wodehouse's book since January and Leave it to Psmith is the only one I can describe as flawless!

Wow, you're on a real Wodehouse journey this year! Ha ha, I still love Leave it to Psmith best. Granted, I've got a LOT more ground to cover with Wodehouse, but this is just such a perfect storm of everything that makes him great!

Too true! Did you hear the voices from the 2008 BBC radio version of Psmith in the City? The voice cast is sooo superb! I wish they'd do the rest of the Psmith series

Subbed! Though I can't find a radio version of Psmith in the City, just the audiobook.

I haven't read this, but I am a fan of P.G. Wodehouse so I will definitely look for it.

Oh man, yes! Psmith appears in four books, and he's one of my favorite Wodehouse characters. "Leave it to Psmith" is actually the last in the series, so don't read it first.

Oh my gosh, you did it! You posted these!!!

Now I'm no art critic (I mean I doodle stuff on looseleaf ), so let me just say that your drawing style is just beautiful. And oh my gosh, Lord Emsworth. And Baxter, and the flowerpots.

Oh, and your Psmith is adorable. I love his weird little smile. So perfect.

Ha ha, that entire chapter with the late-night flowerpot throwing was just too good not to draw.
