Description
This is the back cover for the "Stellar Horizons" game module "Trouble On The Frontier".A group of explorers encounter a primitive but intelligent alien lifeform on the distant planet Namtara in the system orbiting the star Gliese 726.
Along with doing the art for this game, I also got to play test this adventure. It features alien encounters, dangerous lifeforms, bad guys out to steal your research, exotic locales, hostile environments, and criminals that interfere early in the adventure.
It's a great and detailed adventure.

A nice exotic world with equally exotic life. After years of sci-fi television, I was beginning to think that other life bearing worlds all looked like the forest outside of Vancouver...

I like the way the spacesuits are defined with non-ambiguous male and female geometry (even the helmets!).
Nice alien design, too. Considering the difficulty that humans have just communicating with each other, I think it likely that we will find aliens utterly inscrutable and incomprehensible.
