expressions as I see them:
Ford: fearful realization yet completely lip locked cause of the situation.
Stan: definitely scared for the kids and about ready to bail with them and kind of sinking a little like it's part of a bad 'filbrick memory' or something of home
Dipper: completely in awe at what it is and is probably developing a million theories about it all at once.
Mabel: Something cute, princess, or glitter is catching her eyeΒ
my hypothesis.... they are looking at a movie poster that has a character in it that looks and acts just like filbrick, involves the supernatural, a babass female character with cute sidekick, and something resembling ford's past or days in the portal. Β

that was my first thought too but idk I feel like stan would be more angry protective like Rapheal from tmnt not shaggy from scooby doo.... unless he's having a memory lapse.... or it's a monster that looks like filbrick or casts a different illussion for each person like ford sees bill. stan sees his father mabel sees monster fall au and dipper sees author dipper au aka Relativity falls au.
...The two headed beast of alternate worlds and fears. adults see fears while children see other worlds.... quite poetic when you think about it Β
