This ghostly form is rarely seen by other beings and mortals....*Hint hint
Seeing a spirit-like creature could bring mischief or luck.
This shown here, is likely luck since Cynthia is a very gentle being (Before the war happened) and curious about the mortals and other smol beings.
A young Sonica caught a glimpse of Cynthia, Cynthia herself couldn't help but examine the happy little hedgehog. X3
