First seeing this as a thumbnail, I asked myself, 'Why is this piece in the Kawaiiclub?' After clicking and looking over it as well as reading your description I'm glad it was because otherwise I would not have found it.
The merging of color and the blending leave the work looking complete, with every piece belonging as a part of the other from the sand to the water, to the girl, to the sky. I can hardly find anything in this picture that I don't like.
The feelings of emotion are mixed in so beautifully here. Solitude, longing, sorrow, but the way the girl stands looking out at the roiling sea, perhaps hope as well. I found the style unique but wonderfully surprising. The way the viewer cannot see the girl's face feels important, to better let us decide for ourselves just how to interpret her reasons for looking out over the water. The point of interest for me started not with the girl but at the tiny speck of light in the middle. The waves moved my eye all around the piece before finally settling on the girl and leaving me feeling as if I have just read a pleasant but sad-ended shortstory. I can feel the great amount of work you put into this piece and I very much appreciate it. It may not be one of the most original pieces, but the way it is presented outweighs that fact. Great job, great work.

Thank you very much for your wonderful review.
To be honest, I had considered not submitting it to Kawaiiclub. But then I decided "Hey. It is kinda cute."

I love the blue! The piece also speaks with the title. In my interpretation, the girl wants to have something in her life but sees the big massive ocean that can be chaotic and unpredictable. Unsure, she stands on the sidelines!
