My DBZ ( Dragon Ball Z ) Fan character OC Princess Chira when she is just ten years old, around the time at the end of The Dragon Ball Z Series itself
her hair is also much shorter here too XDApparently she wears this outfit when she is on the run from bad criminals who took her family treasure and wanted it for ransom. The same outfit she wore when she ran towards Uub's Village and supposedly bumped into him, starting the beginnings of a new friendship
