Description Today's list will be going over my favorite rogues in Gotham City. These are my opinion, but feel free to tell me who you're fav

1. The Joker

The Clown Prince of Crime with an unknown past and a love for chaos and morbid jokes! Armed with trick guns, an high-voltage hand buzzer and poisonous laughing gas, the Joker began to spread his brand of comedy to the citizens of Gotham City and attracting the Caped Crusader to play with him!

2. Oswald Cobblepot/The Penguin

The Gentleman of Crime, Oswald Cobblepot is the ruler of Gotham's criminal underworld. While running the Iceberg Lounge, the Penguin runs deals for weapons to criminals and making a profit off of them. He's usually seen carrying an umbrella that's sometimes a hidden machine gun, propeller, and even a sharp blade.

3. Edward Nygma/The Riddler

The King of Conundrums, Edward Nygma wanting to prove his intellect to the citizens of Gotham dawns his green question mark suit and cane and challenges them to his rather difficult riddles and puzzles. Everything changes for Eddie when Batman challenges him. After Batman catches him and sends him to Arkham Asylum, Eddie begins an obsession with outsmarting Batman, creating riddles and puzzles for his crimes, hoping that one of them will stump and kill the Caped Crusader.

4. Harvey Dent/Two-Face

Once Gotham's District Attorney, Harvey Dent, alongside Commissioner Gordon and Batman, wanted to purge Gotham City of crime and corruption. During Crime Lord, Sal Maroni's trial, the defendant snuck in a vial of acid and threw it in half of Dent's face disfiguring him. Before this, Harvey was suffering from mental issues he kept to himself, involving his abusive father and his coin, which Dent believed to have been rigged. After his disfigurement, he'd scratch one side of his father's coin and use it as he began crime as Two-Face.

5. Jervis Tetch/The Mad Hatter

Obsessed with the Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland books, Jervis Tetch would become the Mad Hatter. Using his skills in science, he'd create mind control devices in order to have others do his bidding and "behave" at the tea parties he hosts. As the Mad Hatter, he'd target blonde women, in order to find his Alice.

6. Jonathan Crane/The Scarecrow

7. Bane

8. Waylon Jones/Killer Croc

9. Victor Zsasz

10. Roman Sionis/The Black Mask
