Here's Sprite #63, "Ice Cream Sundae Sprite". This was a request from the winner of 'win a sprite digi of your idea' contest at the Stamps by AuroraWings facebook group earlier this year. (Speaking of which, I also need to finish a Green Man requested by a winner of another contest.) The line art digi was released on Friday, and I stayed up late on Thursday night to finish the colored preview (I'm getting too old for all-nighters... so weak...). When I was drawing the lines, I didn't think much of it, but once I started coloring, I realized that this image had lots of different textures - whipped cream, syrup, shiny fruits, glass bowl. Some of which made me stop and think before getting to it. In the end though, I'm pretty happy with the melty ice cream and chocolate syrup swirling in the clear glass bowl.

I have more coloring books coming out, which means that I need to clean up (=redraw) some old line art - not my favorite thing to do, but have to get it all done. Back to work... ^_^
