The Sketchbook Project 2011 - Washing (pp. 66 & 67)After enjoying a rainbow, our little tomte washes the dirt off her hat, boots, dress and get a little help from her friendly snail on her muddy apron.

Ah, interesting method you've chosen involving the parts of the picture deliberately being left uncoloured - it's certainly not a technique I see very often. It's definately very storybook fantasy-like ^^

I love it! (Especially the snail :3) And how do you pronounce tomte, because I'm thinking Tom-tay, or is it Tom-tee? Or neither coz she's so cute I don't wanna keep getting it wrong
