Description
This is a commissioned illustration I did recently. I must say - it was so much fun to do it!
It's been a while since I've used coloured pencils and, I must say, I have not been missing them 
But this time I've tried a new method of using watercolour as a base to cover all those places that will be darker later on and it worked just right.

Squeeeeeeeeeeee! If that was in a storybook when I was little I would have stared at it for hours. I used to do that with my Jill Barklem, Kenneth Grahame and Beatrix Potter books.
