Description
A painting I did quite some time ago. Painted with reference from Joseph Vbukvic book. He had a picture of Venice so i thought why not try it out myself ? Ended up hating the way the bridge is painted , I should have blended it in with the background.Sorry about the scan line , the painting's too big for one scan and I can't seems to fix the scanline properly. Hope I didn't paint Venice too ugly though. Sorry guys.*fixed the scanline part* Can't stand it (as if my painting is not ugly enough)

When I first saw this as a thumbnail, I thought it was actually Joseph Z. posting his paintings!
He's in my top two favourite artists. Him and Alvaro.
Don't be so hard on yourself, you have definitely captured the atmosphere that Joseph was going for. I really like it.
