Hah, I can't teach you anything; it's practice, practice, practice.

Teach yourself, learn, then practice.

Honestly, I am offended by your statement. Let me further elaborate to provide you with better advice:
If you can't practice what you don't know, you have to first teach yourself. I can't point you in the direction you need to go because I also don't know what you don't know.
What kind of learner are you? More specifically, what's your learning style? There are three main types: visual, auditory, kinesthetic/tactile. Use your learning style to an advantage and use books/videos/how-to guides to start.
If you really don't know where to start, start small. Let's sat you want to divert your attention to body figures. First focus on let's say, eyes. Once you start feeling comfortable with the technique (remember, everyone develops at different speeds, so don't get flustered if you can't get it right the first time), move on. Perhaps focus on noses next, then mouths, then faces - then draw female/males faces, then add different types of hair. For backgrounds, you could start with grass, then vegetation... you get the point. You must assure you are comfortable with what you're able to produce before you move on; trying to start an entire piece without confidence will not help yourself in any way.
Is this better? Please never tell anyone they've provided you with the "worst advice ever"; only say such things after you've justified your argument. Asking for clarification is always welcome.
