Description
Last year I was fortunate enough to get the opportunity to work on a dragon book for Scholastic by way of Becker&Mayer Books. I got to take a crack at designing 16 different mythical dragons from all over the world for a book called Sink Your Teeth Into Dragons.This piece was actually the very first one of the bunch, it was done to pitch the project. European dragons have been done so many times I wanted to try sprinkling in a reference that you don't see often; fish. I looked a lot at various species of fish for the wing webbing and body patterns, giving it a bit more of an exotic hint. I spent the longest on this one out of all the dragons pieces, but its not my favorite one. Though I learned a ton from this one though that helped me push through the others at a much quicker pace. Red dragon; more like bread dragon amirite.

Hi I have a request I hope you will accept. You see I have been amazed by a norwegian fairy tale named "The Lindworm Prince". Lindworm is a serpent dragon like. It's like a dragon with 2 front limbs and a snake body. Some lindworm have 2 wings and 2 front limbs. Some can breath fire and other version have toxic venom like a snake. Can you make 2 images about 2 versions of Lindworm? Please

Holy, epically wondrous! This Enchanting European Wyvern Dragon is stunning and The Winter Scenery looks incredible! The designs, castle, towers, architecture, expression, pose, wings, horns, tail, claws, eyes, teeth, head crest, scales, mountainside, snow, snowfall, ledges, cliffs, sky, clouds, sunlight, rays, haze, shadows, ruins, pathway, effects, movement, flow, realisticness, perspective, atmosphere, textures, hues, concept, composition, uniqueness, colors, lighting, style, and other details are also sensational! Amazingly radical work!

If you ever look at medieval illustrations, the wings always look way more fish fin like.

the wings on this one don't seem right, they are not the same kind of wings, the front one is wide at the bottom and attaches to his body more, this is the best wing. But then the back one seems to be wider at the end and not attach to his body quite as much

I mean the two wings are not the same, the right one is thinner at the end and thicker at the base. the left wing is the opposite, seemingly.
