I was going to have him standing in a crowded street laughing his head off and there was going to be this little kid saying "Mommy is that man crazy?" and the mother would say "yes, he is dear" hee hee... yeah I was really bored.anyway this is the great phantom theif Dark Mousy from the DN Angel series.
*I was trying to make him look like a paper cut out but then changed my mind so he looks really wierd.

lol now all you need to do it put Don Kan'onji from Bleach in the background... or however you spell his name... If you even watch Bleach... Don Kan'onji is famous for his random awful laughter, going "BWA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA!" with his hands curled into claws, and his arms crossed so that each of his hands is positioned in front of the opposite shoulder, and his head is thrown back. He's a comic relief character... And when I saw this, I thought of him. XD
