A beautiful drawing. The shading is fantastic, especially around both of the eyes -the smooth darkness really brings out his eyes, they are so hidden in shadow that they're alive. The beard is the only part i have qualms with, but only because its not yet at the amazing standard of the rest of the image - i'm sure that will come with practice. Overall, a wonderful portrait!

Yes this is a drawing not the actual photo of Eric Bana and yes I know about the mistakes with the eyesand a bit of the tonal texture on his right cheek. I used conte pencil, mechanical pencil, sticky erasers, and white erasers. I didn't touch it with photoshop or use my camera. I love drawing with conte and pencil, it gives my portrait that I do a bit more of a personal feel to them.
