I really like his eye. It's very emotional. You did a super job with the shading and the hair looks brilliant! I do feel like the jaw and the chin is a bit too small, like his face should be a bit longer. It could very much be just me and that the shadows and/or the angle that messes with my mind.
Anyway I love it and I shall fav it right now.
