Hooray for old-ish works! I drew and painted this 'round abouts May/June-ish and finally decided to put it up here on devArt!Anywho, this a picture of two random Space Marines (one Blood Angel and one Space Wolf, neither wearing armor to make things easy) shaking hands in agreement. It's designed for a story my boyfriend cooked up, using the idea of Adeptus Astartes chapters working together to form new chapters. These... shall be the Blood Wolves.
All Adeptus Astartes belong to Games Workshop! ^o^

*Takes a deep breath and suppresses the fluff-nazi within as to ignore the non-canon reason behind this picture.* I must say I like this picture, it really shows the good-natured camaradery between the two marines and their Chapters as a whole (we don't have Legions anymore, remember?), I especially like how you've drawn them holding each others forearms in a warrior's handshake rather than the standard businessman's handshake.
The only problem I have with this is the wings on the Blood Angel, you've probably got this from other people before but Sanguinius himself was the only Blood Angel to have wings, the mutation has never repeated itself.

Actually, no one has yet to have pointed that out to me. 
I really liked the arm-shake more than a handshake too. x3 I just couldn't see Marines being business-like.

My boyfriend had the idea of the Blood Angels and Space Wolves teaming up and making their own sort of two-legion Chapter. Despite the fact that he knows it isn't canon, we both agree that the two Legions teaming up would be a VERY bad thing for anyone/anything opposing them.
Last thing anyone needs is some vampiric pretty boys and a bunch of lupine vikings hauling tail to eat their faces off.

indeed. I made mine as a successor chapter that don't follow the Codex. Funny thing is they are from the Ultramarines but do not agree with the Codex. Its about 2,000 strong with their Chapter Master Nicodemus. I have an actual set-up for their infrastructure
