Description Hello dear writer (Hiyas~!), and thanks for trying out my simple little writing meme (You're welcome. ^^). You're truly part of a minority here on DeviantArt, since writing is a very small thing indeed (Aw, sad!). To do this meme, simply copy and paste the below things, and fill them out as much as you wish; if you need more space, simply add it. (You got it, Hoss!)

1. Introduce yourself of course. Tell us a few interests; perhaps why you're here on Deviantart, or why you choose to write instead of draw (or both).

Well, my name is a bit of a secret, you see. x3 But my penname is AS87fanwriter, as everyone reading this knows. You could call me Sabs, as my writing cohorts on Fanfiction.net do (in short for AbhorsenSabriel87). I like to read pretty much anything, I write fandoms for that which I read, and I draw for those fanfictions. I'm a gamer of both the traditional and digital variety, and as you can likely perceive, I am rather superfluous with my commentary. *grins*

Sadly, I am more suited for the writer's world, as my vocabulary may be extended and enviable. However, in the traditional artist's aspect, my hand is severely lacking. I usually am left with something a child could construct… and better at that.

2. Hmmm, that is interesting. Now that the formalties are out of the way, what do you write? (Poetry, stories, etc.)

I prefer to write fanfiction. I know, it's a sad world of treachery, clichés, and Mary-Suedom, but someone has to do it right, and hopefully I'm the right wo/man for the job. Please, everyone, let me know if I fail horribly at it, will you? I'd hate for someone to come along and tell me that everything I thought I was doing right ended up being utter… well, crap.

3. I see, I see. Well, so what do you like to write about? Go on, don't be shy about it. Nobody's judging you.

As I said, I'm a fanfiction writer. I prefer to write romances, either canon or OC-driven, but I can work with almost anything. As a matter of fact, most stories are simply for the action and drama-the love/lust interest is merely filler in my opinion. x3

As for original subject matter, I usually write as an otaku-that is to say, for anime/manga. I do however write for plays/musicals, IRL circumstances, and novels. It truly just depends on the characters and how much I want to mess with them. To be honest, if the author is good enough to answer all of my questions, I feel hardly any need to write a fandom at all. >.>

4. I wasn't quite expecting that from you, and think that I thought I knew you. Ok then, how did you really get into writing?

Goodness, did I disappoint you? Terribly sorry about that.

In any case, I first got into writing when I began wondering what would happen should various events occur in certain Universes. I started, I believe, with the shows Yu-Gi-Oh! and Yu Yu Hakusho and I worked my way around from there.

5. Oh, I can probably relate that. You talked about why, what, and how, so, when did you really start writing?

I first started writing fandoms in the seventh grade, approximately eight years ago. I stopped for a while during high school, and it's more about role-playing than writing now. Don't be fooled! I only full-text role-play. None of that half-assed *asterisk* role-playing that newbies do. I'm quite a bit better than that, thank you.

6. That long ago, really? Alright, one last little question, who got you into writing? Did you get inspired by an author, or maybe someone just got the idea into your head to write?

My friends and I started writing when we got into anime and manga in the seventh grade. So, I would have to say that KinReynard got me into it, but it was really Yoshihiro Togashi and Kazuki Takahashi that gave me the worlds to write for initially.

7. Ok, ok. I suppose that's enough of 20 Questions. So why don't you go ahead and show us a paragraph or a few lines of a poem (but it's gotta be original for this, don't think I won't be watching!)

"Do you really think that was necessary?"

"Of course. I would not have done it otherwise." With a sigh, the woman of the pair glances about at the carnage, icy blue eyes unamused with the blood and gore produced by the smaller (and much older) creature before her. She turns back to him, her pale visage glowing and her white hair gleaming silver in the edged moonlight. She shakes her head, disappointed.

"Really, Hiei, couldn't you just-"

"No, Nakia, and that is final." His voice is stern, and his garnet eyes glare harshly at her with a glint of malice. "I was charged to protect you by that child of a god, and as much as I despise it, I will not shirk my duty." The breeze ruffles his black hair, the silver light giving it an ethereal blue glow at it's edges. His face, despite being so young in appearance, is all edges and planes in the sharp light of the full goddess, and his body wreathed in darkness. His sword shines of lethal silver as he sheathes it, somehow unblemished by the blood that seeps into the ground via the wounds it caused.

"…Very well." Her concession is as harsh as his condemnation, her voice taking an edge as sharp as his blade. "But know that I am not happy about it."

"Duly noted, Princess."

8. Ah, quite touching. I suppose that's all I can really say for this one dear writer within this art site. If you know any other writers, feel free to forc....erm..."politely ask" any other writes you know here, to give their hand at filling this thing out.

Well, of course. *grins* I know just who to pick, after all…

When did I get added to your meme tagging hit-list? I have never really fancied myself much of a writer.
But a tag is a tag, I shall alert you when I have taken the tame to do these myself. You have my word!

- And my bow!
- And my axe!
- And my apologies for the sad attempt at humor.
