i don't have time to create any new tutorials sorry ):
but if it helps, think of the skin as a spherical ball -- find a light source and shade it as if you were shading a sphere
although if you're talking about technique, it varies from person to person. some people like cell-cging, some like soft-cell, and others (like me) use an intermediate of the two.

Cell-cging and Soft Cell? I'll have to look them up. Usually i would use a light base color and go in with a darker shade of the base and do shadows and details n' so on. Thank you for the tips^^
