Still not dead, though this nearly killed me.
Lyco Regnus, tall, stalwart(ish) human fighter and runaway noble, along with Theresa "Doli" Rush, a tenacious half-elf rogue who is almost as good at getting herself out of trouble as she is at getting herself into it.
They fight crime goblins so far, mostly. And a hobgoblin. And sobriety.
Some 5th ed. D&D characters from a game a friend of mine is running, the world being his own personal creation. Lyco belongs to another one of the players, and Theresa is mine

In the last GURPS campaign I was in, I was an alcoholic half-vampire. Whenever we entered a tavern (and the GM made sure we entered a lot of taverns), I had to roll a will check to get out sober. If I failed, I had to roll another to see if I drank any of the other customers.

Lyco actually mentioned--while supremely drunk--that he thought Theresa's ears were cute. As he actually comes from a society that views elves (and by extension half-elves) as inferior, she assumes he doesn't remember this. (He totally remembers this.)
