Hey, I recognize that place! That's the old bridge that used to cross the Kohaku River before they diverted it. Sigh. Those were the days. Red's probably just following the path from up on Poppy Hill as the whispers of the heart direct her. I heard she is on her way to Iron Town where she's expecting to receive a parcel from little witch's delivery service.
Did you see that? I could have sworn that was Howl's Castle that just flew by in the background! I don't know for sure though. it might have also been Laputa. I guess Red's taking a journey through the Ghibliverse today! (not that that is a BAD thing... EVER)

Hahahah thanks a lot for that, I really enjoyed that stroll. And yes! I didn't think about it at first, but the more I worked on it the more I felt like giving it a Ghibli kind of feel (just gotta love their movies and aesthetics)

I'm glad you liked my comment. Yeah, there is such an innocent charm to all the Ghibli movies. Life is often tough and mean so it helps to take a break form the dark and gritty every so often and just stop and smell the Ghibli. ^_^ (I am just a big fluffy kid at heart. LOL)

As we all should! And yes, even when Ghibli stories deal with very deep, human struggles there's always some warmth in them you don't see everywhere, like a truth we can all acknowledge yet scarcely find by our own means.
