Description My Shop

Patchy wonderful crop zippie in a size LG. Blacks, whites, purples, and the occasional piece of blue. Purple serging and dark red stitching.

Colourful wonderful patchwork skirt in a MD-LG. Wonderful flowing ruffled lace bottom.

I coated myself in bug spray before these photos...and let me tell you...there was one heck of a swarm ALL around me. I didn't get bitten but man was it intense. I really must find a good mosquito solution for that spot.

I love everything about this outfit and photo.

I got to get me some hats! Tho it might be hard to find some that are big enough to fit me with the dreads.

Thank you so much!
Hats are such fun, I too need to find some more old lovelies...or finally figure out for myself how to make some seriously, hehe. Perhaps you should make your own as well if you can't find any to fit

No problem!

You're so right, and I do have two old beautiful hats
that are inherited from my boyfriends grandmother.
Too bad my hair is so big! I wonder if they could be enlarged?
I'll ask some mad hatter someday.

Lets hope we'll both soon find some awesome old hats
and maybe at some point even learn to make our own.

Great shot. To bad for the insect problem. I use a citronella plant for areas around my place. Lemon plants are good?

Oh man, now that would be nice! Though I think I would need something a little more discreet for my needs...admittedly my photo work technically happens on my neighbors property, heh. Though that's certainly something to look into for the porch!
Thanks for the suggestion!

eucalyptus Works really well on keeping mosquitos and a lot of other bugs away and it smells pretty good to.

Good to know, thank you! Do you think that would work spreading that around outside? Or is that more of an indoor/closed area sort of thing?

I worked at a summer camp last summer and we used it on the screens on our cabin windows because some of them had holes and it worked great. So it should work outside just fine.

I'll have to give that a try for sure then! We have a whole lot of rain making everything so saturated, mixed with how hot it's been, and it just made the mosquitoes insane! So this will certainly come in use. Thanks so much for the tip!

No problem I hate the little blood suckers to even though they don't bother me that mush. The one plus side to being anemic. Well I hope it works for you.
