Sorry for the rubbish pic. My dad took it, lol.Made from plastazote, some card, fun foam, and hose pipe.
Painted mostly with acrylic. Silver and Copper, then 'tarnshed' with black. Gave it a spritz with some copper spray paint afterwads, just to give it a cool sheen. Now it looks different colours from different angles ^_^

So you have to move in ultra-slow-motion else you'll knock someone over, cause you can't really orientate by hearing either.
Solution: INSTALL HEAPS OF CAMERAS

To be honest, I can wear the helmet for about 10 seconds before I die, so Ill probably only wear it for photies or for scaring small children

For preventing heat death of the star manning the helmet, you could (actually honestly this time) install fans? They'd kinda fit in with the rest of the design too.
Just some old internal PC fans. Experimentally attach the two wires to different batteries and see if stuff starts going horrifically wrong.

Reminds me a lot of the Big Sister's armor in Bioshock 2, it looks very real and detailed
