Spectre is a netrunner in a cyberpunk world : this means she can connect on whatever network she wants, whenever she wants, only stopped by more smart and equiped runners than her, which leaves only a bunch of very rich and protected people in the game.
Spectre is however far from perfect. She may have tremendous powers on the Network and a very high IQ, she still has a lot of problems : she's misanthropic, agoraphobic, paranoid, and only a VERY trusted person will know her without her usual persona. She will fear strong sounds, extrovert people, tactile people, inquisitive people. She can seem very social and smiling, but most of the time, it's tiring for her to keep this attitude, and she will run away as soon as she can.
She also has a certain problem with morality : not that she will do things just to hurt people, but she often hacks private networks just as a challenge for her mind. She REALLY wants to help people, she just isn't really on the same page than the others anymore. She will, for exemple, let holes in the Network, hinding where everyone can go when chasen. Letting micro world, accessible when you find the door, little "Narnias" to discover for the secret hunter of the Network.
Be aware that, even if you could think Spectre is this kind of people because she is a nerdy girl, it's not the reality. Spectre was nerdy before becoming afraid by everything humanity can do. She was abducted as a teenager, 9 full monthes, being tortured by every means possible, and taken as a human guinea pig for new biological weapons. Her body is marked by all these events, and she has more scars than most of war veterans. Her arms are cybernetic : she lost them during these events. They can project holograms and contain all of her viruses and defense programms. She's a broken girl.
But, when she is hacking... She feels invincible. She will smile, will be sarcastic, will be confident and strong. She just will be... Very reckless.
