I really like this. It has the mood of one of those classic wilderness shots of Bighorn Sheep, which is something I don't usually see in paleoart (or maybe I'm just looking in the wrong places!) It just *feels* epic.

I was definitely shooting more for a mood then a specific portrait of an animal, something almost a bit expressionistic. I'm glad you like it.

So what's your opinion on Stygimoloch? Is it it's own genus or just a juvenile Pachycephalosaurus?

I want to go with Stygimoloch being it's own genus, because the massive horns being re-absorbed is a bit...odd. I mean, I think it may be a closely related species.
But really, who knows?

I'd say Pachycephalosaurus and Stygimoloch are different species that are just closely related. Β Same is true for Triceratops and Torosaurus.

Colorwise, rather. I just haven't been feeling it. Eventually I'll come back to it and color it. I can't say when, though.
