Definitely not Emma
She can see that they look like people, but she doesn't care. She really enjoys stepping on them and so on... (The fact that they look like people is even more exciting to her, she loves to humiliate weak living beings, she's nothing like her sister )

Well I was just thinking that she could have thought that making one being servant that will show other people to their demise would be intresting for her and tormenting to humans. Notice that making other human to throw one of its fellow race member into gullet of giantess would be much more cruel. Also breaking mind is much more cruel than breaking body Emma may thought.
