Woot! This one took a long time, but I'm super happy with it, despite a few coloring errors. [Wolfwood's hair IS black, it just looks like a grey purple. Shaddup! Shaddup I say!] The cross - Oh god, that cross makes me moist. Yummy black PVC straps. At least, I would imagine them to be PVC, being the perverted fangirl that I am. And the shadows, I'm sooo glad they turned out. *buries self in Wolfwood's open shirt* I loves me some Vashie, but I'm way too obsessed with Wolfwood ^___^Background was colored hastily, yes, I know it doesn't match anything else. Very disappionted the printed version of this couldn't include as much sky, I think the blank blue area makes it look a million times better.
Critique discouraged simply because I consider this piece "finished". If anyone wanted to critique, they could've done so on the penciled piece that was up here for a week.

For curves, I just study a lot of fabric and use really quickly sketched curving lines. The Hellsing manga is really good to reference for fabric *hides in shame*

It looks cool. I like the small touches of the box of donuts and the city, especially with that great giant lightbulb. It was always so weird and yet so cool to see them in the anime. They both look great though. The line art and the colors.

Vash, The Kero-Neko symbol on the donut box, Woldfwood, the city with the plant in the background, the 5th moon crater, all encorperated into one very nice tribute to one of the best anime's to come out of japan in recient years.
Avy, this is deffinately a job well done :3 I just hope people dont give you any guff about it not being " more realistic " or " more like the show". That kind of stupid babble pisses me off to no end. Apparently some people dont realise Fan-Art does not have to be in the style of the work, in fact, its BEST if its NOT like the original just so you can show that you are your own artist.
Small Critique- I almost think it may look nice with some faded gradients aplied to the background to give it distance, and some noise to the sand to give it texture, and some hotter highlights, this planet is BRIGHTLY Lit durring the day. His rings look so pale, they should have some realy nice glare going on =X

Okay, since I love you, I'll let you crit XD Good tips on the sand/planet. I did want to go for a brightly lit, burned looking background, but I didn't have time unfortunately 
I think my style is close enough to Trigun that I won't get any "guff" XD. It mostly seems to be the Sesshomaru pics that people nitpick about, "make him look more feminine!!" and all that jazzy-wazzy. And even then, it mostly seems to be people from Go-Gaia that do it.
