Description
This is the Water Starter for my very own Fakemon Project, and I am really proud of this =^w^=This little cutie is based on the Blue-Lipped Sea Krait (Laticauda Laticaudata) a type of Sea Snake.
Unfortunetly I don't have a name for my cutie yet but it evolves at Lv17.

no I wouldn't do something like that, the face would look like an otters same with the arms and ears, and the markings would look different as well ^w^ but I like the tail altho I may swap it for a different fish tail.
