Happy Birthday Kelseyalicia !!!!!I actually finished this on the weekend, but I had no internet till today. Thankfully I saved all the references for the character lol
Anyway she asked for a doll of her Avatar Fire Bender character Akiko, who is pretty cool looking. I added some changes to her outfit but it is overall the same. She needed some flamey gold on the dress cause it's gold lol I also made her different shoes because the others wouldnt work for me. I think she came out rather gorgeous.
She asked for fire and dragons, I was going to deliver on the fire because i was like there is no way I am going to be able to do dragons, especially with no reference, but i started doodling and viola! I think it looks pretty cool! I havent dont fire in a bit so it was fun!

thanks. She's strong and beautiful but she's got a lot of inner conflicts and a lot of anger. Mostly she hates that her father cared more about his own glory in the war then even bothering to get to know her so she's basically an orphan from birth. She's angry she didn't get to know her mother. She's upset and hates what her country was doing to the rest of the world. And she was livid watching her true love Zuko get that scar and NO-ONE DID ANYTHING TO STOP IT! HOW CAN YOU JUST STAND BY WHEN THAT SORTA ABUSE IS BEING PUBICLY DISPLAYED AND DO NOTHING?! So yeah she's got a lot of inner turmoil which again why she and Zuko are a better suite the him and the emotionanless blah Mai. They've got more in common and Akiko at least can show emoiton and all range of it! So she's more then a pretty face!

well even if my best story was my Yugioh story "If my heart had wings" with the most favorits, reviews and views. I have to say in my opinion what I'm writing now. "Spirit Bonded Siblings" is better written. and by that I mean how I'm writing it. It may not be as poplular as IMHHW or all the good stats. but I've got to say my writing skills have improved greatly since I wrote If My Heart Wings back in 2007. So when I say "Spirit Bonded Siblings" might be the bestΒ thing I've written I'm talking about my growth in writing itself not just the stats. and I'd say Spirit Bonded Siblings is a great story too!

yeah it is. at least I slept well. woke up about 4:15 to use the bathroom and feed the cat and tried to lay back down and didn't wake up again till 7:00!!

that's firebending and that what Akiko can do. As well as fight with her family sword forged from dragon scales and fire and see and talk with spirits.

well on her mom's side she inherited her mom's family renowed beauty and their close connection to dragons. All the women in her mom's family have always had a special bonded with dragons which is why only girls get the sword. Her 'father' a firebender. And since she was born at the exact moment of the summer solactiese which is one of the two times of the year when then spirit world and human world are one and since Summer is the Season of the Fire Nation it enhanced her spiritual energy. So while she's not on par like an airbender would be. She can see and talk to spirits. Which makes her one of few people in her homeland who cares about Spirits.Β

I put a lot of thought into all my characters. I think I make good 3d characters and not Sues. Akiko may act tough and sometimes act like things don't bother her. But she's got a lot of emotional scars. Being basically abandoned at birth by her father and never getting to know her mom who died after naming her due to birth complications. And knowing her father didn't even care about his wife dying any more then he cared about her his child? How she was alone without any friends too. And one of the worst things to scar her was when her true love Zuko got HIS scar
She was sick, disgusted and horrffed when Fire Lord Zuko's own father delibertly burned and scared his own son and a room full of people watched it. Since they're doing an Agni Kai or fire duel. All Zuko did was speak out turn and for that he was scared forever and banished by his abusive unloving power hungry father. And after seeing that and that no one had stopped it when they could've? That her country had sunk that low that they allowed such child abuse and crulty to go on and live with themselves? It was bad enough them trying to take over the rest of the world through a 100 year long war to make all the world Fire Nation but to watch that? And do NOTHING?! It drove her over the edge. Β Zuko, his uncle and his mom before her mysterious disapparence? They're the only ones to give a damn about her or treat her with any sorta of love, kindness and affeciton. But after seeing that and seeing her true love banished for simply talking out of turn? Enough was enough! She burned down her home and left her country to try and put an end to this senseless crulty and restore not only honor to her country but humanity as well!Β
So she sought out Zuko who was now declared a tratior by Book Two Earth and to be arrested and sent home in chains. So she actually tracked him down and they renewed their romance and she endured willingly being with a guy who couldn't go home without being thrown in jail. And while he didn't enjoy that period being without any hope of going home he suffered greatly trying to figure out who he was. Even going off from his Uncle temporaly. Even though she be declaried a trartior herself and thrown away to rot if they're captured she endured it becuase she loved him and knew he was far more honorable and had bigger heart then anyone in their country.Β
So when he made the mistake of being minipulated by his younger bitch insane sister into betraying his uncle and help conqure the Earth Kingdom due to his linger desire for his father's love and wanting to go home Akiko couldn't take that sight and fell into a self induced coma. Which she didn't wake from till months later and not without some help from her mom's spirit who told her that Zuko may've fallen but he wasn't going to stray from the right path.
So she forgave him when they went on vaction with his sister and her friends and she saw how angry he was with himself and realized he was still finding himself. So they made the descion to leave the Fire Nation together and join Avatar Aang in ending the war. She was present when Zuko confronted his fahter and told him off and what he'd done was wrong and cruel. They then escaped and with some diffeictlaly finally joined Aang and the gang.Β
She went with Zuko and Aang to find the original source of firebending since it was dragons and that was part of her heritage. And well when they Β found the last two alive and the Sun Warriros with the Dragons helped Zuko and Aang learn the ture meaning and ways of firebending she was charaged by the Sun Warriors and dragons to take care of the last dragon egg. So when it hatched short time later and was female she named the hatchilng Zuka and well she played her own part in helping ending the War and eventually one day got married to Zuko.Β
At least that's how the story goes in my mind. A bit of mouthful I take it?

um the live action? That was an epic faliure didn't even come close to get the story right. They got half the cast names wrong, missing key feautres of the characters and the sotry wwas compelty worng too. It was such an epic faliure I'm honetlsy surpised I didn't walk out and demand my money back.
