hey thanks, glad you find it useful. Its good for location shooting too when you can't afford to drag all the major lighting equipments

Do you know any portable battery flash system that is quite reasonable? I like the Hensel ones, we have it it the company, it cost too much, about rm13k (S$6.5k) for one unit. I was thinking about Quantum 5DT-R, but not sure about its power.

hm, neither am i sure about quantum flashes, but I dun think a small thing will work equally as well as standard strobes.

if you're ok with Elinchoms, the basic Ranger units starts from 3k+ onwards, [link] (scrolldown)

while if you trust Jinbei (China, but still quite good), they're relatively cheaper, @ S$770 [link]

both systems are good

just too much. I might go for Jinbei China.

but i'm not surprise it will go KO once it flashes out in full power.

well, not precisely, JinBei products are actually very well made...just because its made in china...so yea..the faith is gone..

allen5924 In reply to lxrichbirdsf [2008-02-05 21:20:51 +0000 UTC]

the camera ALWAYS stays horizontal or verticle in the photos. exactly hor or ver.
it's coz the image is taken by the sensor, and the sensor defines the X-Y axis
