Thanks! I usually cant draw without references either. but what i do is look for multiple references and combine them together. For example, on this one i saw a picture of a model  doing the pose, then looked for a guide on low angle lighting, and then skin colors, and then background. so basically this one has like, 4 references hahaha. or i guess five references because had to look at the character design as well.
