Who's the seme/uke?

Answer is:
It really depends on your preferation, actually... If you think of it canon wise, they're pretty much equal... xD If you need answers on how they're equal, I can tell you them~

Personally, I say Kiku's the uke, but that's just my preferation. :3

which is actually which I think works best xD They both can be so uke... since I like Japan a bit more I tend to make him the uke, but if I'm having one of those days where I like Italy better I'll have him the uke xD ))
