For some reason Predators seems to me decepticons and autobots, but from Behind-Mirrow-Universe (shattered glass).
In that world there is an empire of Predators, and separated, half subdued tribes of other races: Rabbits, Rats and Birds. Rats remains very little, they have gathered and have emigrated somewhere far away from predatory threat. Birds have departed and have disappeared in mountains. Rabbits have hidden in woods.
Predators hunt on all of them, using meat in food, and skins (or fuzz and feathers) for an upgrading of the dwellings.

As, at the Imperial family was two Ancient Artefacts. One of them has been lost, another has passed by right of succession to the princess. In these Artefacts the force, capable to change life of many, but first of all is concluded, it changes the owner.
The lost artifact was found by one Doe-rabbit - and now she is theoretically immortal: anybody can't kill her and anything, except the owner of other artifact.
The Empress very much wants to receive an artifact back, and at the same time to enslave all yet not enthralled. It declares war to Rabbits. The majority of them has fallen in the first days of the conflict, to the rests remains nothing, except how to go underground and try to struggle with tyranny of the cruel Empress.

By the way, there is a small touch of motives of Sailormoon, yes. Artifacts are painfully similar to magic staffs of the main heroine of a cartoon serial. Their unique difference, I believe, that on top of the wand, when found not the moon, but the stylized signs on Autobots and Decepticons is represented.
