Don't lie, I'm sure anyone has compared them each others.Mechakoopa have a strong ressemblance with Lemmy.
(I don't like the SMG mechakoopa's design btw)

Yes. They just looks much like frogs than koopas actually. I could say the same to Super Mario sunshine ennemies designs.

I don't really mind the redesigns in that game (except King Boo... he just looks horrifying...). It's just a bit jarring how some species look more different than others.
