Sorry if I got any of her details wrong, there was lots detail, lol. But I think I got everything correct.
She was fun to draw & challenging, I tried to give her that devious look to fit her. Colored version soon ! Just showing ya the sneak peek.

I already love it You got her expression perfectly. Just before you get colors done, the back of her ears are black. Just the inside is green. I think I remember someone getting that wrong once. Anyway I'll comment again once the colored vesion is complete and this looks great

A background would be neat. The one you did with Rouge was brilliant so you are good at them. I have an old quick drawing of her island in my scraps. You can't mistake it trust me and I'll send you a note with some ideas of mine.
The only detail that can be fixed without messing anything up is her tongues and maybe the back of her ear. The back of them are black while just the inside is green. I'm actually considering just changing to that in my concept because I don't think anyone has gotten that right yet 
Don't worry about the extra lights on her torso. I just now noticed because I was counting them and to be honest, she may even look the same or better without those 3 on her.
