Beautiful painting-- I love how you captured the values in her face. This is actually one of my favorite shots of Sansa too because her expression is so intense. You were able to capture that really well.

I usually just download some brushes here on dA, then play around with them and customize them a bit to my preferences. If you're just starting out I'd recommend downloading this set vesner.deviantart.com/art/lazy… It's really good for all-around stuff, it basically contains everything you might need.
Although, I'm sure you've heard this before, but practice makes perfect and brushes aren't really all that important as long as you're a good artist. Looking through your gallery, I can see that you're already quite good[:
