This is my angsty self-portrait as Myobi, a fairylike shapeshifter from the manga Alichino by Kouyu Shurei. The drawing started out as a quick doodle but I just kept adding to it. Myobi has really long hair but it's braided and coiled behind her head, so those curls are the tassels sticking out. Not sure where I was going with the rose/fig leaf. It was supposed to be erotic... There's a thorn pricking her leg and making a trickle of blood.I liked this picture enough to keep it instead of giving it away. That's unusual.

I love that manga. This is very pretty! I like the color scheme, her expression, and how the rose is cutting into her like that. Did you use silver foil on this? Some parts seem to shine.

I've read first two volumes of it some time ago. I'm really happy to see your version of Myobi. This manga is not very known so it's hard to see some good fanarts of it.
