Believe it or not, this piece got Worst of Show at my sophomore review. The panel of professors specifically picked this cute little painting as an example of what I should NOT do in the future. I cried.I still think it's pretty.
Apologies for the grainy picture quality. My originals are in storage so I scanned my set of prints.

i honestly believe that your teachers are sick-minded or blind.this picyure is great! i think they should mind their stupidity and not tell others what to do.so don't listen to the error of their ways and don't be sad,ok? 
i like your recent deviations and the fact that you made them look like the cards from Tarot.still,why didn'y you paint the hanged man as well?it's my favourite card,number 12.

I love it! i think its great, i dnt like it when people critisise like that...they r supposed to offer constructive critisisim. i think that the dragon looks powerful even though the colours are soft...excellent

Why would they do that? It is pretty and cute and blue and pink and soft looking.
