I've looked into wigmaking a few times, but good-quality hair- especially in vibrant colors- is really expensive, ugh.

Nah I was thinking just go out and buy a platinum blonde wig and some hair dye. Not sure if the dye would set in the hair though, it would depend on the material it's made out of I guess. Maybe it would be just cheaper to buy a premade one. haha I don't know anything about wigs.
