As one of my characters she's the bratty, "bitch" type so yup you're correct, she's mad

I used color pencils for the background and for Flora I used prisma color markers.

o thanks ,im just trying to become a skilled artist like you and maybe find a good art program i have paint shop pro and photoimpact.Picked up a book called anime mania hoping i could learn how to draw my own characters ,but now someone said i need to fing a antonomy book.God! its alot.
