this is a drawing I started about 2 weeks ago and worked on it off and on and I just finished some touching up a few days ago.. I think it turned out cool..it's a lot like the minty collab drawing..kinda..well anyway, comments please!
oh yah and that's a rollercoaster type rail thing winding around....
she looks kinda insectish...hence the name..

Amazing! I love your attention to detail and the interesting elements you've drawn into this. She's got a wonderfully mythical look with a splash of something Tim Burton might use. I quite like this... I'm glad it's getting so many favorites.

i always like these surrealistic images
the technique could use some work though, it looks messy on some parts. but i'm sure you'll improve in that, just keep on drawing

Ok,
The girl seems to be the main focus in this picture, allthough there ar many other objects aswell,
the girl is done well, arm, face, and spiral, that adds,
the girls hair is allright, that adds,
the other objects in the picture are needed for usage of space, that adds,
and about space, there is much too much blank, unused space, and i look for this in all i critique, that the whole "canvas" must be filled, it doesn't matter what with, you oculd have drawn more "other" pictures as you have around the gilr, but the space must be filled, even just by color,
In some pictures, art, web designs, and photo's, there is a need for a vastness of blank space, but this picture isn't one of them, because there are so many things going on in this picture, you must fill the void, in more simplistic, 1 focal point pictures there is a need for blank space or empty space, but not here

Hmmm...It reminds me of a sketch that would perfectly fit into the first edition of "20.000 miles under the sea" or "The Time Machine". Has this kind of unknown scientific discovery feeling to it.
I think it would be even better if the spiral would be perfectly round. Otherwise I really like it. Lot of energy in it. And dark too

's Pretty heavy. I dunno, some parts are odd. Like half assed, like the clock on the bottom and they dont fit to the composition at all, but when yer working on something that long you should just let things slide. For the skills applied, it's perfect.
