This took me about an hour-hour and a half last night.. I used a vintage photo for the base for the woman, but did lots of brushing and stuff over it.. I like how it came out

Ooo, I love vintage-inspired art. The brushing over the photo makes the whole feeling sort of... off, strange and alien, just like most vintage photographs feel. Very well done.

i like the mix between lined art and painted art. The way her skin is painted is really delicate but the lines makes the whole thing have some character.
did you use an old pic for reference ? cause she has such an old fashioned kind of posture, in the same taste of old paris, and the kind of beauty of the time..

I painted over stock.. it was an old photograph.. don't know from exactly what time, but yes.. I liked the contrast between the white softness of her skin and the bold black outline

If I try to lick this, I will ruin my skin and potentially get static shock. So I shall marvel at a safe distance.
But truly, the colour really gives it that "old-time" feeling.

well done . the colorstory is delightful . looks like a gibson girl . reminds me of some of the vintage cola/soda ads my grandmother had in her restaurant for dr.pepper & coca-cola .

It looks like the old style people would paint women in. Like in old Coke ads and stuff. Only it's slightly darker, meaning it had your touch. I like it. It's nice.
