I don't see why some people find it a bit creepy. It looks natural, but yeah- it only looks a bit unusual because this isn't an animation of her laughing.

I think it's that uncanny valley thing going on. Where it's so close to looking human, but at the same time something is a little off.

yeah there is something uncanny about it.... but smiling that much always looks a bit strange in non-moving pictures. i struggled a lot with it. ^^
