that was a drawing i did about 5 yrs before i ever tattooed it, and the drawing was just sitting in a folder. my client was looking thru the folder and flipped when she saw it. i always liked that one. something like that would look beautiful on you too.

there's anly like 2 or 3 states in the whole country that actually have "certification" for tattooing. there is no such thing in most states. what state are you from?

SC
you have to have your hours in here
and you cant tattoo or be tattooed w/ parental consent unless youre 21+
you can get one when your 18 with consent but no younger

wow. i didnt know S.C. was like that. thats cool though. it keeps jackasses and dipshits who cant tattoo out of actual shops. and i agree with the age requirements too. best of luck to you. keep practicing.

with the age thing - ive been in the biz for 16 yrs and i cant remember the last time i EVER met anyone who got a tattoo at 15, 16, 17 or sometimes even 18 who loved it yrs later. in short, (and this is not directed at you) but 15-18 yr olds make the dumbest choices of their lives when it comes to tattoos...even many 18 and 19 yrs olds too. they usually ALWAYS regret it - 99.999% of the time!!!!!

well, that sounds like a pretty good additude. unfortunately, i have heard those exact words from literally hundreds of clients who were 18 and thought they knew exactly what they wanted in life...and in tattoos...only to regret them immensely. they all say the same thing:"yeah, i was young n stupid when i got this. thought it was the greatest thing back then." im not saying you are one of those people, but ill just say to think realllllly long and hard. what you think is important and special to you now at 16, most likely wont mean much to you at all in 10 yrs. BE CAREFUL!!
