"Once there was a Team Rocket scientist who was ordered by Giovanni to create the most powerful virus in the world in order to wipe out all computer systems. He spent hours searching information about Speirus and how to increase it's power. That's when he found out about Professor Parcel's newest invention. He stole a B.R.E.E.D from Parcel's lab and bred Speirus 0, the virus pokemon, with one of the most powerful pokemon in the world, Costeladon. The result was a catastrophe. Their offspring went berserk once it hatched, turned it's body into electricity and fled through the wirers. It stole information from every single computer in Team Rocket's hideout and began to upgrade itself. The most powerful virus soon began to evolve..."

He's a breed of Speirus 0 and Costeladon. And since it's a baby it's like a hybrid of Speirus and Cestar.
