remember at the time this was a scary movie for me. when first film came out I was same age as the boy with a clown doll and spooky tree out of the window and many same toys the kid had in bedroom.

I've seen this back then! I tell ya this was a family who really could have used the ghostbusters help.*chuckle* of course during this,that wasn't even made yet. So I say it could have been sometime during poltergeist 2 or 3. I know they could have done an even better job saving them,especially saving carol ann.

I've only seen it one time from beginning to end (other times I caught portions of it on TV), but I always liked how the dad had a sort of "you haven't seen CRAP" attitude with the paranormal experts in that scene.
