It pretty nice battleship but in cold war the propose of nuclear ships and the classic battleship are not handy for each other so that why those just plans of ships

Actually if you read the discription you might notice the ship was designed in a post World War One pre world war era setting. A Cold War era has not yet occurred nor nuclear power. So that's not the proper context to compare the ship to.
dont get me wrong, the logic is right. But the context of the era isn't.
