These were fairly easy to assemble, actually. You just need to know how to make loops with wire, and use jump rings.

It's a kind of sub-culture / speculative fiction thingy... uhm, sort of "what would the world be if we used steam power instead of electricity". The look is semi-vintage, but with a twist.
