I've had strange ideas of comparing Kid Icarus as he was in the 80's and his new form that was used in Super Smash Bros.I think it's so funny all of a sudden he's become a Nintendo hearthrob. He was cute before in weird sort of way, I loved him on Captain N. I'm still crossing my fingers a new game comes out in the series. I don't care which version of Pit they use, I like them the same.

I don't know if it was just my TV, or what, but Pit looked as if he had buck teeth in the NES game. At some angles he looks cute and at others he's more of a dorky midget to me. I don't know why, but I can't stop making fun of him.
Really, when I think of Pit, I picture him in his Captain N incarnation more than anything. Since that show was my first introduction to Kid Icarus. Though, I think he turned out really cool for Super Smash Bros.

Also, they did the same thing to Digdug once. Turning him into a heartthrob. I don't know, I thought Pit originally looked more like an Archie character then a heartthrob.

I read that there is supposed to be a new Kid Icarus Wii coming out sometime at the end of the year , or early next year . Though all I know is that its being made now . And it wasn't from the rumor either .
