Holy shit! I love the weapon! I love the glowy-ness of it all! and wow..he's pretty hot...heh heh heh! but for some reason the pose reminds me of Naruto! O.o?? but me likes very much.

And actually, in the manga... Sechs is female... (well technically genderless, being a totally fabricated cyborg, but I'm not gonna get into that), but it kinda just turned into a him by accident and works better like that...

Err, since I was using paintchat, I took the second watercolor tool and went "whoosh! whoosh!" with a light blue color. I even made the sound. And it took like 15 tries to get it right... >.<
